Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and New Day Industries LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"), which runs SourceBridge. By creating an account, buying a report or using the service, you agree to them. If you use SourceBridge for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf.

1. The service

SourceBridge provides federal contract intelligence for US government contractors: opportunity matching, recompete tracking and alerts, and competitor and company reports. We build these from public government data, including SAM.gov and USAspending.gov. SourceBridge is independent and not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any government agency.

2. Your account

Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at support@sourcebridge.io if you think someone else has used it. You must be at least 18.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use SourceBridge to break the law, to access systems or data you aren't allowed to, to scrape or bulk-download the service, to resell reports or data as your own product, or to interfere with the service or other users.

4. Payments, subscriptions and refunds

• Prices: shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. You pay any applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund partial periods.
• One-off reports: if a report fails to generate or comes back empty, we refund you in full.
• Recompete Intelligence: if your first weekly email finds no contracts for your company, we refund your first payment in full.
• Price changes: we will email subscribers at least 30 days before a price change takes effect.

5. Our data is guidance, not advice

Government data can be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and our analysis and AI-written summaries can contain mistakes. SourceBridge helps you research; it is not legal, financial or procurement advice. Check important facts against the official source, such as SAM.gov, before you bid or make a business decision.

6. Intellectual property

We own the SourceBridge service, software, design and our analysis. The underlying public government data belongs to no one. You may use reports you buy within your own organization, including sharing them with teaming partners for a specific bid. You keep ownership of the information you give us, and you let us use it to provide the service.

7. Confidentiality

We treat the business details you give us as confidential. We use them only to run the service and share them only as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of data. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that you will win any contract.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, contracts or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs from claims caused by your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using SourceBridge and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections 5 to 10 and 12 continue after your account ends.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and both of us agree to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above, and email account holders about significant changes. Continuing to use SourceBridge after a change means you accept it.
