Privacy Policy

SourceBridge is a product of New Day Industries LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use sourcebridge.io and the SourceBridge service, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
- Account details: your name, email address and password when you create an account.
- Company details: your company name, UEI, CAGE code, NAICS codes and similar business details you enter so we can match contracts and build reports.
- Payment details: when you buy a report or subscribe, payment is handled by Stripe. We receive a record of the purchase and the last four digits of your card. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages: anything you send us by email or through the service.
Information collected automatically
- Log data: IP address, browser type and the pages you request, kept in server logs for security and troubleshooting.
- Error reports: if something breaks, technical details about the error so we can fix it.
- Sign-in storage: essential browser storage that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Analytics
We measure site traffic with Plausible Analytics, which we host ourselves. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. It records aggregate page views, referrers, browser, device type and country. It does not store IP addresses or build a profile of you.
Public federal data
Our reports are built from public government sources such as SAM.gov and USAspending.gov. That data, including contract awards and the companies that hold them, is already public. We are not affiliated with any government agency.
How we use information
- To provide the service: match opportunities, track recompetes and produce the reports you ask for.
- To process payments and manage your account.
- To send the emails you sign up for, such as weekly recompete alerts, and service messages about your account.
- To keep the service secure and fix problems.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run SourceBridge. They process data only on our instructions:
- Stripe, for payments.
- Resend, to deliver email.
- Supabase, for our database and sign-in.
- Sentry, for error reports.
- AI model providers, to draft written summaries in reports. We send them public contract data and the company details needed for the report, not your payment details.
- Hetzner, which hosts our servers in Germany.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.
Data retention
We keep your account information while your account is open. If you close your account, we delete your personal information within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax, accounting or legal reasons.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Email support@sourcebridge.io and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and regular backups to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International transfers
SourceBridge is run from the United States and our servers are in Germany. By using the service you understand that your information is processed in those countries.
Children
SourceBridge is a business service and is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date above. If a change is significant, we will also email account holders.
